Dear speakers!
If you plan to participate in the conference online, you will need a PC or a laptop connected to the Internet and Zoom account. If you have never worked with Zoom please read this guide carefully. You can also find more information here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/categories/200101697
All the speakers will get the link to the Zoom conference as well as the password and identification number before October, 20, 2020. Please use your own name and family name for Zoom account so that we could make the conference work properly.
You will be able to demonstrate your presentation. Please try not to insert any video files into PowerPoint as technical failures may occur. If you wish to show a video, please save the video to your computer and open it as a separate file, not closing the PowerPoint. We will appreciate if all the speakers keep within the time limit and respect each other.
We would also like to warn you that talks and discussions are to be recorded during the conference, and some screenshots are to be made. We will not use these records or screenshots without the consent of the speakers.
